1. Book a Drop-Off or Pick-Up
Schedule online or call us directly to arrange rug drop-off in Kingston or home pickup in Ulster County. During booking, you’ll answer a few quick questions so we can provide a fast, no-obligation rug cleaning estimate.

2. Choose Your Time Slot
Select either our morning or afternoon drop-off window using our online calendar. Our team will be ready to greet you, unload your rugs, and begin a detailed intake.

3. Rug Inspection & Final Estimate
When your rug arrives, we complete a thorough in-person inspection for stains, odor, and soil level after determining the material type. If the original estimate changes, you'll get a prompt update to approve. No surprises, no pressure.

4. Expert Rug Cleaning Begins
We follow strict IICRC cleaning standards using eco-safe detergents, cold-water extraction, and fiber-appropriate agitation. From wool rugs and Oriental rugs to synthetics and machine-made, we clean each rug based on its unique construction and soil level.

5. Before & After Photos
Every rug is photographed before and after cleaning. This provides you with visual proof of our process and helps us track long-term care for recurring clients.

6. Drying, Packaging & Cataloging
After drying in our climate-controlled room, rugs are neatly rolled, wrapped, and tagged with a unique ID. We keep detailed records so repeat customers never have to guess which rug is which.

7. Rug Pickup or Delivery
Rugs are ready the Friday following drop-off, between 9 AM and 5 PM. You can pick up at our Kingston location or request home delivery across Ulster County by calling to coordinate with a manager.​​
